Virginia Rising U-13G Soccer Team: The Xplosion was established in 2007 and is a member of the Springfield-South County Youth Club. We are a competitive travel soccer team from Springfield, Virginia, that is playing in the Washington Area Girls Soccer League (WAGS) for the upcoming 2011 - 2012 season.
The Xplosion are coached by Fernando Zorro and Kevin Taylor, and are professionally trained by Larry Park, USSF C Licensed. The team consists of a group of players who show a love for the game of soccer by playing and practicing whenever possible. The players work hard, on and off the pitch, to provide competitive play, and the best entertainment for their parents and fans.
This site will keep you up to date with all of the team's activities throughout the season.
